Step 2 Choose your Username

User Name must be between 5 and 20 characters and contain either letters and/or numbers.

If you already have a Username you can skip to Step 3.

Step 3 Create a New Journey

When you create your Journey you have to fill out the form with the following

  • The name of your Journey (very important because it will be part of the link used for others to see your Journey).
  • Whether you want your Journey to be private (only you can see the Journey) or public.
  • If you want comments allowed.
  • The countries that were part of the Journey
  • Providing a description is optional.

If you already have a Journey you can skip to Step 4.

Step 4 A Add a new Stage

When you add a new Stage you have to fill the form and specify

  • The title of the Stage which includes where you depart (From) and arrive (To).
  • Where you want to have the center of the map set and have the first marker placed (try to be as precise as possible with your location).
  • The date of your Stage (not greater then today).
  • Your mode of transportation.
  • Adding Tags to your Stage is optional
  • Providing a description is optional.

Step 4 B Draw your Route on the Map

After you fill out the form you can actually "draw" on the map by placing the markers along the route that you did.
On the right side of the screen you will have a box for every marker that you place. Use the boxes to describe the markers (optional).
It's important to notice that you can place a maximum of 10 markers on the map. To set more markers on a single stage you can repeat this task 3 times (maximum numbers of markers 30).

Step 4 C Save the Stage

Once you have finished marking your route on the map you can click on the large blue button on the bottom of the screen.
After you saved, and if you have reached the maximum number of markers (10), you will have the option to continue to put more markers for the same Stage.

Step 5 Add Details to the Stage

It's possible to add some details to every Stage that you have created in your Journeys.
The first two links on the right show you how to select a Stage.

Once you selected that Stage you will have the map and, on the right, the icons that you can drag on the map.

For every icon (or details) that you are going to place on the map you have to fill the fields that automatically appear on the bottom of the map.
All fields are mandatory and the fields that expect a link must begin with either http:// or https://. Click on the large blue button SAVE DETAILS when you are finished.
